Bug/Feature Request: Dealing with Large folder

I love the way this software deals with images and metadata but with large folder containing a lot of files, it tends to give errors and fails to scan. I would love for a feature to partial scan / subfolder scan so that it can tackle a large folder bit by bit, maybe a right click menu from the folder tree.
Maybe also another good feature to have is something like a rolling / staggered load when first loading a large file so that it doesn't attempt to scan a hundred thousand files at once just to fail after eight hours. I know you can add the folder one by one by subfolder but this specific folder changes its structure periodically.
My example folder contains:
- 42 GB of mainly images and additional misc files
- almost 130,000 individual files
- almost 2000 folders inside
Edit: Also, I noticed 'file loading' has a progress percentage, but the initial 'Finding all images' has no progress apparent and I feel like it will benefit with a number or progress bar indicator, possibly with an estimated countdown.

Hello David Tedjokusumo happy to help:
- did it fail when you adda new location or when you open the app?
- how much RAM do you have on your computer?

Antoine Le Baux, Yes it fails to scan when it adds a huge folder. Works fine with a small folder containing less than 1000 images but with a big folder containing 100,000 images it just fails to read it even after leaving it out for a night (to load).
I am running windows 10 with 64GB RAM

David Tedjokusumo There is a sibling branch of the same software that did work on the loading.

Would you mind trying it see if it works for you?
