Do not overwrite files on tag export if no changes

Now, when exporting tags into the files' metadata it overwrites all the library. Could please add a simple check if the tags are already present, and skip these overwrites. It saves quite some time specifically if the library is cloud synced

This is also important for file edit dates, as those can be useful for tracking file histories and versioning.
