Onefolder needs an option to favorite photos or rate them with stars (all other popular photo organizers have this feature).

It would also be nice to have an extra tab on the left for rated/favorited photos (like it already exists for tags)

I agree. Photo rating is very important.
1F imports the tags that are stored in my JPGs. But it does not import the RATING (stars). If I look at the file properties in Windows, I see five stars. 1F doesn't show it. It would be great if the rating was visible on each small photo in the photo list (grid view, massonry view). 
Same with COLOR TAG, but I don't know if it is stored in EXIF or in IPTC.

Marek J first of all, I really like the 1F abbreviation, and I will start using it from now on.
Currently, we are not reading the rating metatag, which is why you can see it on Windows but not in 1F.
We can't promise when this feature will be developed, but it is on our radar. The votes on this board mean a lot to us.
As for the color tags, no, they are not stored in the image metadata because there is no standard for it. So, it's only stored in the database for now (maybe we can start a new standard 🤔)

Can’t you do this already by adding a “5” tag for 5 star? Since you can have multiple tags, this would let you easily filter all your 5’s from London etc.

If you’re on a Mac, you could even use a star ⭐️ 🌟 emoji as a tag.

I love the tagging feature of OneFolder but missing features like favorites keep me from switching over from LR/Bridge
